How sustainable are you?
Our core mission is to avoid contributing to landfills and wasting the energy it has taken to get high-quality food to our fridge. If we are going to eat meat, we believe it's essential to utilize the whole animal. Bones are often discarded and we love the idea of turning waste into nourishing, wholesome food.
We are proud to be a Canadian business that is run by our passion for green living and our love for ancient food and health traditions.
